This immersive program at Chef Ron’s studio in NYC’s Garment District, offers the opportunity to learn the expertise of both sugar flowers and how to pair them with Valrhona Chocolate cake and fillings.

› Understand and produce a beautiful moist chocolate cake with easy but delicate chocolate fillings to add an extra wow for your chocolate-loving customers
