It was an awakening for me. Everyone was going up the elevator but I realized that I didn’t have to follow the crowd. Why do we where our watch on the same wrist? It’s because that’s the way we’ve always have done it. Why do you drink coke vs. pepsi? Mickey D’s vs. Burger King? It’s a choice that you make. It’s when you decide to own the moment and unleash the inner salmon in you to swim upstream.

Answer: I am not at liberty to state names. However, we’ve worked with 1000 companies over the last decade. We had one client that implemented Vuja de and they experienced improved customer service. I have clients who decided to be their own customer and flip the script on how they served their customer.

Answer: Be present to the moment and answer – What is the biggest difference I can make in the world? Where can I add value?
