On July 1, 2015, Junebug Weddings’ second annual Best of the Best Destination Photography Contest opens for submissions. The contest will accept engagement, wedding, anniversary, honeymoon and vow-renewal photos, and will be judged on how well each photograph captures the love of the couple and the beauty of the destination. Fifty of the top destination photos submitted from photographers around the world will be featured in Junebug Weddings’ 2015 Best of the Best Destination Photography Collection, making its debut on August 17, 2015.

Junebug has been hosting photography contests for the last six years, and its annual Best of the Best Destination Photography Contest received over 3,000 image submissions last year. You can view last year’s collection of the top 50 images here.

Junebug has confirmed three top-notch destination photographers to assist in judging this contest: Sigit Prasetio and Tito Rikardo of THEUPPERMOST and Gabe McClintock. “Our judges for this year’s Best of the Best Destination Photo Contest come with years of experience shooting destination weddings and engagement sessions. On top of that, they are both revered in the wedding photography community for their skill, style, and creativity. We are thrilled to have them on our judging panel,” says Carrie Crooks, General Manager of Junebug Weddings.

Unlike any other wedding photography contest, the Best of the Best Destination Photography Contest will give photographers the ability to be recognized as destination photographers. Junebug is excited to give their members and others in the wedding photography industry a platform to show off their destination work.

August 3 is the last day to submit to the contest with the 2015 Best of the Best Destination Photography Collection making its debut on August 17.
